Zen Do Kai
Zen Do Kai is Australia’s premiere Martial Art, founded by Bob Jones in the 1970’s. Whilst originally designed for training security personnel, the popularity of this art and the Bob Jones Martial Arts Corporation grew and Zen Do Kai became a freestyle Karate focused on self defense.
Zen Do Kai’s growth has been explosive, with over a 1000 schools all over the world. The traditional karate values mixed with modern day self defense principles, Zen Do Kai students can expect to not only develop their confidence but their fitness and ability to defend themselves on the street.
Kidz Karate is our Zen Do Kai class taught to children.
In Kidz Karate children learn not only how to defend themselves but how to conduct themselves, increase their confidence and build a strong character.

Muay Thai kickboxing originated in Thailand and is a very strong part of their proud history.
BJC Muay Thai is one of the fastest and easiest sports to learn in the world. Known as the “art of eight limbs”, Muay Thai students are taught effective punching techniques, elbows, kicks and devastating knee strikes. Muay Thai practitioners are known for high levels of fitness and effective fighting ability.
Progressive Krav Maga
Progressive Krav Maga is Australia’s most rapidly expanding Krav Maga system.
Krav Maga is about simple, effective no nonsense self defense that is easy to learn with no complicated or tricky techniques.
Krav Maga is an Isreali military martial art that grown to become on of the most popular self defense systems in the world.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of the striking arts (boxing, muay thai, kick boxing) and grappling (wrestling, judo and jiu jitsu) designed for one on one combat in a competitive, sporting environment.
MMA is hugely popular in today’s world and is a highly effective way to leanr how to defend yourself and develop tremendous fitness in the process.
